Description:  Obverse: Half-length figure of Virgin, facing, nimbate, orans, wearing tunic and maphorion, within the walls of Constantinople. Reverse: Full-length figure of Christ in centre, bearded and nimbate, crowning two emperors; to l. full-length figure of emperor Andronikos, bearded, wearing stemma, collar-piece and loros; hand upon breast; to r. full-length figure of emperor Michael, beardless, wearing stemma, collar-piece and loros; hand on breast; sigla C K around Christ.
