Description:  Obverse: Bust of Constantine IV facing 3/4 r., unbearded, wearing cuirass, and cross-topped helmet with plume, holding spear in r. hand behind head, and shield on l. arm. Reverse: Cross potent on three steps. To the l., Herakleios facing, standing, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. To the r., Tiberios facing, standing, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: o N CONS τ [in retrograde] NЧS P (Our lord Constantine, eternal). Reverse: VICTOA A VGЧ (Imperial victory). Mint mark: CONOP. Control mark: Γ (3).
