Description:  Obverse: Bust of Constantine IV facing 3/4 r., bearded, wearing cuirass, and helmet with diadem and plume, holding spear in r. hand behind head, and shield decorated with horseman on l. arm. Reverse: cross potent on three steps. To the l., Herakleios facing, standing, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. To the r., Tiberios facing, standing, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: ∂ N A NЧS P (Our lord Constantine, eternal). Reverse: VICTOA I .. GЧ ([Inferred] Imperial victory). Mint mark: CONOB. Control mark: Δ (4).
