Description:  Obverse: Bust of Constantine IV facing 3/4 r., bearded, wearing cuirass, and helmet with diadem and plume, holding spear in r. hand behind head, and shield decorated with horseman on l. arm. Reverse: Cross potent above a globe on three steps. To the l., Herakleios facing, standing, unbearded, wearing chlamys and crown. To the r., Tiberios facing, standing, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: … Sτ A NЧS P … (Constantine, eternal). Reverse: … IЧ … ANI … (God help the Romans).
