Inscriptions:  Obverse: ЄN … NI … ([Inferred] In this [sign] Conquer). Reverse: KωN CT … (Constans). Year: None visible. Control mark: A (1).

Notes:  Countermark of a monogram of Constantine IV to the bottom of the reverse. Whitting suggests possible Arabic countermark.
