Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Roma, seated, with spear in l. hand and crowning Victory on orb in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N ARCADI VS R Π Λ… (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: MRTMS RO MANORVM (virtue of the Romans). Mint mark: -IDPS (mint of Mediolanum).
