Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing 3/4 r. draped, cuirassed with Christogram, diademed, helmeted, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand. Reverse: Constantinopolis, enthroned, with spear in r. hand and crowning Victory on orb in l. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N ARCADI VS P F AVC (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: CONCORDI A AVCCC (concord of the three Augusti). Mint mark: COMO B (Thessalonica 2).
