Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand being crowned by Victory with palm in l. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N ΛRCADI VJ P Γ HVV (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VIHHVS EXERCITI (virtue of the army). Mint mark: I-II O (Heraclea 1).
