Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing 3/4 r. cuirassed, diademed, helmeted, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand. Reverse: Constantinopolis, enthroned, with sceptre in r. hand and crowning Victory on orb in l. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D H Λ…C·D·… SVV… (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: …C.ΠDI M ΔVCC (concord of the Augusti). Mint mark: ONT Γ (Antiochia 3).
