Description:  Obverse: Bust of Maximus, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Roma, enthroned, with orb in r. hand and spear in l. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D II MAO MΛY ·MVD I M ΛIV (our lord Magnus Maximus pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VIRTVS RO MANORVM (virtue of the Romans). Mint mark: TPPS (mint of Treveri).
