Description:  Obverse: Bust of Theodosius, facing 3/4 r. cuirassed, diademed, helmeted, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand. Reverse: Constantinopolis, enthroned, with spear in r. hand and crowning Victory on orb in l. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N THEODO SIVS P F HVC (our lord Theodosius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: CONCOADI A AVCC (concord of the Augusti). Mint mark: TES.O B · (Thessalonica 2).
