Description:  Obverse: Bust of Theodosius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Victory with laurel wreath in r. hand and cross on orb in l. hand, in r. field a star.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N THEODO SIVS P F AVC (our lord Theodosius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VICTOAIA AVCVSTORVH (Victory of the Augusti). Mint mark: CONO B (Constantinopolis 2).
