Description:  Obverse: Janiform head with a pointed petasus. Reverse: In the centre is a club, with two dots on either side, surrounded by the reverse inscription.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: None. Reverse: A circular inscription, in Etruscan, of the letters I (backwards D) O A ˩ Ǝ (backwards F).
