Crudely formed shabti figure, patchy blue-green glaze, main details of face, headband, implements, basket and vertical column of faded hieroglyphs down front in brown-black

Inscriptions / Translations:  Inscribed - begins with the name 'Osiris', but the rest of the text is very faint.
