This is a very early and bulky form of d.c. multimeter. It has patents dated 1890 to 1898. The moving-coil milli-voltmeter by Weston has been built into an integrated system by Elliott Bros. The large switch selects VOLTS or AMPS. The full-scale voltage ranges are 150 mV and 1, 3, 30, 50, 300, 600 V. The current ranges are 1.5 and 15 A.
