Mžēž, hellenised as Mezezios or Mizizios, was an Armenian general who was declared emperor in the wake of Constans II's murder in Syracuse in 668. The revolt was shortlived, however, and Mezezios was killed in favour of Constans II's eldest son, Constantine IV.
