Description: Obverse: busts of Leo bearded and Constantine facing wearing cross crown cross floating above between heads. Reverse: legend.
Inscriptions: Reverse: Λ • K (Leo and Constantine)
Bibliography: DOC III.1 pl.XIX AE19a, BN II pl.LXXI Sy/AE/01
Notes: Whitting saw a 'spiral column' between the heads on the obverse and assumed it was part of the pattern that the cross stands on; it is more likely that it is a bar from a Constantinopolitan Isaurian type reverse.
