Description:  Obverse: bust of Tiberios facing, bearded, wearing military dress and crown with cross, holding spear across front of body in r. hand. Reverse: M denomination, with emperor's monogram above and palm branch to r.

Notes:  This type is known to be earlier due to overstriking evidence (MIB III p.190). Hahn's dating is used here but it is not certain.
