Description:  Obverse: (Original, uppermost layer) To the l., Herakleios facing, standing, with moustache and beard, wearing military attire, and cross-topped crown, holding a cross-topped sceptre in r. hand. To the r., Constantine III facing, standing, wearing chlamys, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. A monogram of Herakleios in the l. of the field. (Countermark) To the l., bust of Herakleios facing, bearded, wearing paludamentum, and cross-topped crown. To the r., bust of Constantine III facing, unbearded, wearing paludamentum, and cross-topped crown. A cross between their heads. Reverse: (Original, uppermost layer) M. (Countermark) None.
