Description: Obverse: Bust of Constantius, facing 3/4 r. cuirassed, helmeted, with shield with horserider in l. hand and spear in r. hand. Reverse: enclosed inscription held by enthroned Roma and Constantinopolis.
Inscriptions: Obverse: FL IVL CONSTAN TIVS PERP AVC (Flavius Julius Constantius eternal Augustus). Reverse: VOT XXX / MVLT / XXXX (prayers for 30 years of rule, more for the 40th anniversary). Peripheral: GLORIA REI PVBLICHE (glory of the Republic). Mint mark: · SIRM [laurel branch] (mint of Sirmium).
